CSAN Player Release/Transfer
1) Release
Player releases can now be done online on the Sports Connect platform.
To RELEASE a player from an existing team, follow the instructions in the Player Release section below.
2) Transfer
Player transfers will need to be completed using the CSAN Player Transfer Form

Player Release
Use the Sports Connect platform portal to RELEASE a player from a team.
1) Go to the Sports Connect platform portal.
2) Login using a Team Administrator or Team Manager Login.
2) Click on the TEAMS tab,
3) Click Team Info on the current team line item.
4) Select the player to be released.
5) Click on the TRANSFER tab.
6) Complete the requested information and submit the request to CSAN.
7) Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation that the release request has been submitted to CSAN for final approval.
8) You will receive confirmation from the CSAN office once the release has been approved.
There is NO fee to release a player using Sports Connect.
If you do not want to complete the Player Release using Sports Connect, submit the Player Release Form to CSAN. There is a $10 fee to release a player using the Player Release Form.
Player Transfer
Player transfers will need to be completed using the CSAN Player Transfer Form.
To complete a player TRANSFER to a new team,
1) The team manager of the current team will need to complete the Player Release.(see player release section above)
2) The Player Release will be approved by the CSAN Office.
3) The team manager of the team the player is transferring TO will complete the TRANSFER of a player to another team using the Player Transfer Form.
Download, complete form, then Scan/email, FAX, mail or bring in the Player Transfer Form to CSAN.
There is a $10 fee to transfer players that have an existing, current CSAN Player Pass.
Payment can be made by cash, check or VISA.
